0 Ko sized updates??????

When I run windows update, I get two new available updates:

Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 : x86 (KB829019)
Windows XP Édition Media Center 2005 (KB900325)

They are both 0 ko and 0 minutes long.
When I try to update I get a failure result.

As far as Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0, advise you to Hide the update
for now until any issues with it are worked out.

You could empty IE's Temporary Interent Files via Interent Options in
the Control Panel. Also, delete all of the contents of your User
Account's Temp folder :

C:\Documents and Setttings\<Your UserName>\Local Settings\Temp
