0x2B22 can't update for months

Trying to install Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition Service Pack 2. I
just doesnt work! I tried everythin and anything I could but it doesnt
install. My laptos has Windows XP Professional. Has anyone solved such
problem?
