0x643 error for XML Service 4.0 Pack 2 KB936181

I try to update but then it cannot update the Security Update for Microsoft
XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 KB936181. I have tried to download this
manually and said:

Could not open key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\classes\Msxml2.DOM
Document. 4.0\CLSID. Verify that you have sufficient
access to that key, or contact your support personnel.

I need help to get the update to install.
