0x80070422

I was installing the new Microsoft Update. It failed due
to BITS servicew nopt started. I started the BITS
service and get an update screen (Custom or express). I
choose custom and get error 0x80070422.

Any ideas how to correct.

Hi

Also verify that the "Automatic Updates" service have
"Startup type" set to Automatic, and that it is started.
