As soon as I saw the "netsvcs" in your post, I recalled having recommended
that page from the Windows Troubleshooter to someone a few weeks back, and
they, too, navigated to the key instead if the string value. They should
more clearly define this in the Troubleshooter, especially when there is
both a key and a string value named netsvcs related to the SvcHost key.
