0x8007043C Error when trying to use either Microsft or Windows Upd

Hello. I'm not new to winodws. This is the first time I've recieved this
error. However this is in safe mode. But, I can imagine it will be
essentially the same in normal mode. Anyways, I looked Up in the available
solutions and saw a solution for error code 0x8007043B. Which is I'm assuming
not going to work with the same as erroc code C. So could I please have some
help?

Means: ERROR_NOT_SAFEBOOT_SERVICE.
Translation: You need a service which is not available in safe mode.

Basically WU will not work in safe mode.
