0x8007054F when installing KB893803 on Windows 2003 NO SP

Hey Guys,

I'm trying to installl the Windows Update Service on my Windows 2003
Server (no sp)
but I receive an error.

In my System Event Log
Event ID20
Source: Windows Update Agent
Installation Failure: Windows Failed to install the follwoing update
with error 0x8007054f: Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1




Found a similar problem

but this is for an 2000 SP4

Any suggestions????

See if you can find a some context for that code by searching your
harddrive for files which contain 8007054F (or -2147023537)
I don't think this code means anything much in particular, so its context
is what is important.
