0x80070643 error 0x80070643 (KB921598)

Okay I get the error message and I've looked at the KB and the i've tried all
the suggestions people have said on here (the ose thing, manual service thing
and the repairing onenote except that wouldn't work so i'm thinking it may be
corrupted in some way?). I can't reinstalling onenote because it came
preinstalled on my laptop so i have no cd and i have no idea what to do now..
Any ideas?
