0x80072F0D error on WM6.1

Arr, I have one windows mobile 6.1 with activesync which gets the above
error.
We installed the same certs for the WM5 devices which work fine( 10 WM5
devices)
as do the 2 Iphones with active synch. What is WM6 looking for .. It says
the cert is invalid, but it is not. we do have a
rapidssl equifax cert.
