0x80072f78 error

I keep gettting this error from my W2K servers that I've recently set up
again after they were wiped out about a month ago. Is the Windows update
site down for this OS? My W2K3 server got through. I tried looking the
error up in the reference service but nothing comes back for this error.

P.S. I am going through an ISA 2000 sever but from what I'm reading this
problem should also affect W2K3 server systems. And I don't get this problem
on any of my XP Pro workstations going through the ISA.
