Hi all,
I had this error and searched the Internet hi and lo, tried all the
suggested fixes and nothing worked. Then I checked the BIOS date/time on the
PC and found the year to be off by 1.

If you are getting this error and have tried everything but checking the
BIOS date/time, plz check that. Good luck.
