I have already download Microsoft XML Parser (MSXML) 3.0 Service Pack 4
(SP4) and the answer for
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\WindowsUpdate.

I have also try to register the dll written in others threads (atl, wuapi,
wuauclt, wuaeng, ....)
When I register wuauclt.exe , I received (In French, so I translate):
wuauclt.exe has been loaded but no DLLregisterserver entry point found
wuauclt does not seem to be a .DLL or .OCX file

Next , when I register wuaueng.exe failed with error in windowsupdate.log

Well, you're right about wuaueng.exe. It's wuaueng.dll

So I restarted my computer in "without failures mode". With this, the
"Automatic Update" service is not started.
At this point,I succeed to register wuaueng.dll
I restarted in casual mode. And It works.

I can stop and start the "Automatic Update" service when I want and can
use windows updates.

That's a good tip. Probably more effective than fumbling around
with net commands, etc.
