0X800a139 error

Hi,

While the Windows Update Web site was loading, I received Initialization
Error 0x800A1391.

I followed the resolution instructions (adding sites to trusted zone) , but
that did not solve the problem.
Any other suggestions?

This problem seems to be an authorisation issue, as I get a http 403 error -
and seems to have occurred since I (1) changed my msn net login password (2)
ran a genuine s/w check. I am at a loss as I have checked all firewall and
anti-virus settings and spyware settings. I don't find MSN suggestions are
too helpful. Especially as there are several others who have posted this
incident as well. I suspect there is an issue with ActiveX somewhere in
this.....
