0x800C0008 and 0x800A138 error

I can't resolve the problem by using the trouble shooter. I tried all steps
but none of them is succesfull. Has anyone the same prob.

Windows Update reports that new updates are not available, although your computer is
not up to date (Error 0x800C0008)

When checking your date (including the year) and time, also check the Internet Time.
Double click on the date/time in the notification/system tray area, select Internet
Time Tab and then select update now. If it’s not already checked, check automatically
synchronize with an Internet Time Server – WinXP. Also check your Time Zone.

You receive an "Error 0x800A138F" error message when you click a link on the Windows
Update Web site WinXP & Win2000

When you click Scan for Updates on the Windows Update Web site, and then click one of
the active links in the left pane, the Web site may not appear, and you may receive
the following error message:

Windows Update has encountered an error and cannot display the requested page.
Error 0x800A138F

The Update.log file may indicate that an error 0x800C00008 has occurred.
