0x800F0234 Driver update for Hewlett Packard DDS4 drive fails

When trying to update the driver for our DDS4 tape drive on SBS 2003, it
consistently fails with error 0x800F0234.

This is a relatively recent update from 10/05/2006. Does anyone have an idea
of where to start diagnosing?

Have you attempted to obtain the update from HP ? Recommend that you do so.

Yep, I've tried that but the last driver update on the HP site is from August
2005!

Strange that a later version is on the Windows Update site?
