Without any other details or context the best you can get is to try TaurArian's
standard advice for this symptom:

The error code 0x80200010 can occur if some background programs, such as anti
virus programs or firewalls, block access to the Windows Update site. In
addition, a corrupted Windows Update folder can also be the cause.

Suggestion 1: Disable Panda Antivirus
============================
Based on recent similar cases, we found that most of them are caused by the
Panda program. If it is installed, please temporarily disable it to check the
issue.

In addition, Panda have also released some hot fixes for their products. For
your convenience, I have included some links as follows. Please contact Panda
for more detailed information.

For Panda Antivirus Platinum Internet Security 2004:

http://www.pandasoftware.com/support...oma=2&pagina=5

For Panda Antivirus Platinum Internet Security 2005:

http://www.pandasoftware.com/support...ma=2&pagina=16

For Panda Titanium Antivirus 2005:

http://www.pandasoftware.com/support...ma=2&pagina=16

Please Note: The third-party products discussed here are manufactured by
companies that are independent of Microsoft. We make no warranty, implied or
otherwise, regarding these products' performance or reliability.

Let’s now try Windows Update again and see if the issue has been resolved.
Please let us know if this step has resolved your issue. If it has not lets
proceed to the next step.

Suggestion 2: Disable third-party security software
======================================
One of the main causes for this issue is some third party security
applications. We have to first try disabling or uninstalling any third party
security applications you may have installed on the computer with the issue.
This is for troubleshooting purposes only. If the third party security
application is determined to be the cause, you would have to contact the
vendor to determine the applications compatibility with Windows Update.

We have listed a couple of third party security applications below for your
reference but there are too many to be listed by name.

Steganos
Download Accelerator
GetRight
Browser Blaster

Sygate Personal Firewall
Norton Internet Security
Freedom Firewall
Zone Alarm Firewall

Proxyconn
Netsonic
Download Accelerator Plus

Morpheus
FasterInternet Pro
DSL Speed

Once you have disabled or removed any third party security applications,
let's check our access to the Windows Update web site again. If you encounter
problems disabling these programs, we recommend completely uninstalling the
program, for troubleshooting purposes only, from the computer. Before
uninstalling any application you may want to re-install, ensure you have the
CDs or files needed to re-install it.

Let’s now try Windows Update again and see if the issue has been resolved.
Please let us know if this step has resolved your issue. If it has not lets
proceed to the next step.

Suggestion 3: Clear the Windows Update temporary folder
===========================================
One possible cause is that the temporary folder for Windows Update contains
corrupted files. Let's erase all the files to clean the system.

1. Click "Start", "Run", type: "cmd" (without quotations) and press
"Enter". Please run the following command in the open window.

Net stop WuAuServ

2. Click "Start", "Run", type: "%windir%" (without quotations) and press
"Enter".
3. In the opened folder, rename the folder SoftwareDistribution to Sdold.
4. Click "Start", "Run", type: "cmd" (without quotations) and press
"Enter". Please run the following command in the open window.

Net start WuAuServ

Let’s now try Windows Update again and see if the issue has been resolved.
Please let us know if this step has resolved your issue. If it has not lets
proceed to the next step.

Suggestion 4: Rename the files in the Catroot2 folder
=======================================
1. Close all the open windows.
2. Click "Start" -> "Run", type: "%windir%" (without quotations) and press
"Enter".
3. Locate and open the "System32" folder.
4. Find the "CatRoot2" folder, right-click on it, and select "Rename".
Change the name to "CR2OLD". Make sure you press "Enter" after typing in the
new name, so the changes are executed.
5. Close this window.
6. Go back to the Microsoft Windows Update Website and check the result there.

Best Regards,

Calven
