0x8024200d SQL Server 2005 Express Edition Service Pack 2

I am running Windows Server 2003 Service pack 2. I update the SQL Server 2005
Express Edition to Service Pack 2 and I get the following error.

nstallation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with
error 0x80070643: Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition Service Pack 2
(KB 921896).

I am also including the summary.txt file from C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL
