I am trying to use IE7 to run Windows Update but I get the following error
when I either select express or custom:

[Error number: 0x80244019]
The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are
trying to view.

I have searched the KB for that error number and it talks about a conflict
with ISA Server. As far as I know I am n0t running ISA Server.

I am running a Pentium 4 on Windows Server 2003 SP1.
