It's fixed - don't know what worked I read some of the other posts and made
sure any programs weren't running in the background, tried the repairing the
word program and then finally tried the custom update - something worked I
have gotten over that hurdle somehow. Thanks to everyone writing in to the
different posts. - try enough stuff, something might work.
