0x80246005 Error.

Whenever I try uploading any updates for my XP Pro computer it will download
them but when it comes to installing them it just fails. I keep getting this
error: 0x80246005

I've tried several times.

0x80246005 The update has not been downloaded. Could result from someone
deleting the download directory, or an API caller calling install on an
update that was not downloaded OR, Network connection was not available.

Which firewall, antivirus, or security suite is being used ?
