0x80246008 W update blocked since two month

I can't find information about :

"DtaStor WARNING: Update Service: Failed to update backup store"

-> Deleting the data store is hopeless
-> Bitsadmin /util /repairservice give the following message

Failed to instantiate BITS Manager interface - 0x80080005
Echec de l'éxecution du serveur

The security center page could be corrupted :
the second part of the page don't show anymore the parameters !

Some help will be appreciate.
