0x80ee000c messenger not avalable at the moment,only with some use

I'm using my new vista laptop and MSN for long time,now I have the latest
version of windows live but video calling don't work only with some users;I
think users who using the latest messenger as mine;everithing else is fine
and other messenger as yahoo working properly;first time problem start with
msn 1 month ago when microsoft tim told me that I need to update to latest
version to my MSN,becouse older one didn't wont to work that day;when I try
video call come that messenger is not avalable( 0x80ee000c)please try again
latter;I never had problem before!
