0x81000004

My computer can't complete a backup for me and I keep getting this error code
(0x81000004) after each time it attempted to backup files. Can you tell me
what's wrong? I use Vista Home Premium. Thanks!

Can try these steps:

1. Turned on System Restore (I had this disabled)
2. Created a Restore Point
3. Re-booted my Notebook
4. Went to Complete PC Backup & Restore (No more error messeage)

That might get it to work. It seems that most of the time when you get that
error code 2 things happened. 1. is that system restore is off. 2 is that
a current restore point is not found. Turn on System REstore and create a
restore point and it should work.
