If it is not, then it appears to be a malware related file.
Please have it scanned here:
http://www.virustotal.com
*If* it is detected as malware, please post back what name is given to
it and by which AV vendor detected it as such.
If it was NOT a typo then suggest you try this. Go to Start > Run > type in
net stop wuauserv
Click OK
Navigate to the WINDOWS\Software Distribution folder.
Open it and then the DataStore subfolder. How big is DataStor.edb ?
Right click it, choose Properties to see.
If it's larger than 40 MB, delete it.
Also, delete the contents of the Download folder.
Go back to Start > Run > type in
net start wuauserv
Click OK
That *should* provide a temporary fix for the issue, if it's not malware
related.
