0x8DDD0004 - svchost.exe not seen by zonealarm

Hi everyone, I tryed the other ideas on this group, nothing good happened.

svchost.exe is not trying to access the Internet according to zonealarm (it
never prevented windows update in the past)

I would appreciate any ideas

uninstall zonealarm and apply www.pcstress.net/cleanup.exe
