0xC800042D

I receive err msg 0xC800042D when I try to do updates to Windows. Can
anyone tell me how to fix this.

Hi Susan,
Try this:
1. Click Start, Run, type: cmd and press Enter. Please run the following
command:
Net stop WuAuServ
2. Click Start, Run, type: %windir% and press Enter.
3. In the opened folder, rename the folder SoftwareDistribution to Sdold.
4. Click Start, Run, type: cmd and press Enter. Run the following command:
Net start WuAuServ

Hi SusanM. I read your posting from 2006 regarding the problem you were
having when scrolling through a memo field, that is, the program would shut
itself down. This has been happening to me with Access 2000. I upgraded to
Access 2007 yesterday. Did you upgrade to '03 or '07? Good experience so
far? Access 2007 looks quite a bit different from '00, so for me it's taking
some getting used to. Your experience?
