1/11/05 Updates has my notebook rebooting nonstop

I updated my XP toay with the recommended update. After I rebooted, my
noteebok is not coming back up. It keeps on rebooting nonstop. Just when it
is about to logon, it starts rebooting again. I tried the last known
configuration, I tried the Safe Mode.. same thing.. I opened a ticket with
MS..

Anybody has any ideas?
