10 minutes for login and DONT LOGIN, please help me

I cant login in my WLM, it stays more than 10 minutes to login, and nothing
happens, I dont know more what can I do, I have a very very big contact
list, and a blocked list greater than the open contacts, I dont know what to
do , please help me someone.

Well, one first thing to to try -- shut down Messenger entirely by right-clicking on its icon
in the notification area and choosing Exit, then download and run this .reg file:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/dow...lmpolicies.reg

Then try signing in again.
