But my time saving people from Vista is coming to an end, time to move on.
For the unfortunate souls that deal with it and have problems, let them know
it is Microsoft.

Keep your XP running and hope Win7 isn't Vista regurgitated.

Or don't wait and run Linux.

That is one thing I hate about Vista, it is always the users fault or the
hardware OEM.

Runs Linux real nice. So not the OEM. I have written MS code and drivers
before, regedit does not phase me. Wonder what the person without computer
experience does? Live with it? I guess so, after all by your assertion it
is there fault.

It is, they bought Vista. Buyer beware.

If Vista works better for you, go for it. But for may, Vista is a PoC.

BTW, Linux is productive, copies files in real fast. By the time Vista is
6% done a 4GB file, Linux is finished the copy. - same hardware. Learning
Linux real fast, not tough either. The menus are better organized and
straight forward.
