There is no way to be 100% sure. Manufacturers often claim compatibility
and then you find out the drivers do not enable features you bought the card
to get. And though rarer, hardware issues between a sound cards and other
important hardware is a possibility. See your local dealer and get them to
allow
you a test/trial of any sound card you purchase.
