Hi,
First, is IE the default browser in Control Panel. Default programs:
* Set your default programs
and
* Set program access and computer defaults
In Internet Options> General> Tabs> Settings, try the 3 different options
for "Open links from other programs in:" Does any option work better?
In Internet Options> General> Tabs> Settings, uncheck "Open home page for
new tabs instead of a blank page.
Does this happen if you use a blank home page? Is your home page in Trusted
Sites? Vista won't open sites from different security zones in the same
window.
Hope this helps,
Don
