I'm afraid you are very confused in your explanation of what the issue is.
Mail accounts do not belong to a specific mail program, they belong to a
specific provider (such as Hotmail, Comcast, AOL, etc.). A mail program is
not tied to a specific email address, it can handle any email address.
Also, your reference to Windows Live is unclear. Windows Live is the group name
for a whole suite of programs, see

Did you mean Windows Live Mail or Windows Live Hotmail?
Incidentally, please lose the Caps Lock key. It may well be part of your problem.
