2 updates keep installing?

Everytime i load up my computer windows has 2 updates for me to install.
I keep doing them, but next time its the same.
My updates have worked fine up until now, and im guessing it is something
that has been changed by either IE7 install, or a new version of my nokia
phone browser that i had to uninstall.
Im trying to write down the names of them but they install very quickly and
i have to reload windows each time.
Any ideas much appreciated!
