Every time this one user logs off she gets the message to "install updates
and shut down" . she has done that every time. I looked into the history on
Windows update page and the status for these 2 updates have green check marks
and they have been updated every day. What could be causing these two
updates to want to update every time she logs off?

OS - XP servivce pack 2
Updates that are causing this problem: MSXML 4.0 SP2 Sercurity Update
(KB927978) and MSXML 4.0 Sercuity Update (925672)

*** Several *** Users have reported that disabling any installed
Symantec 'product' allows KB927978 to be successfully installed.
There is NO need to get KB925672 installed as KB927978 supersedes it.

Thank You MowGreen--i just have to wait for the user to get off her system
before doing this, you instructions are excellent and easy to follow!
