It seems there is a bug with SP1 for 2003 server. every server in my domain
was updated with SP1. now the windows update site gives an error when go to
it..

I have an open case with Msoft, no resolution yet..almost 1 week...any one
else know about this....the error code is as follows:

sorry, the page can't be displayed.........Error number: 0x800B0003

if you roll back out of sp1...it is fine...i have done all the testing they
said. registering the dlls...nothing works...

Sorry my mistake. I mistook the post for another newsgroup.

What is the context? (e.g. log messages?)

Try a search?

http://forum.aumha.org/viewtopic.php?p=52963

(Google web search for
800B0003 OR 0x800B0003 MSFT OR MVP
)

so it appears to have something to do with certificates.

http://seanda.blogspot.com/2004/10/w...tificates.html

(Google web search for
sbs certificate MSFT OR MVP
)

Searching with the same keywords in Google Groups
(e.g. clicking on the [Groups] link after the above search)
yields a plethora of other hits. Even adding sp1 to it
doesn't reduce it to something specific. However, it appears
that using your error code is being *too* specific (assuming
there are relevant related ideas for you that way.)

If you can't work out a better symptom description on your own
you might have more luck posting to a newsgroup which specializes
in your OS in case others have encountered your problem but have
reported it in a different way.

BTW here is one general suggestion concerning the code
which does not involve re-registering .dlls

http://groups-beta.google.com/group/...43d501d18d0309

(Google groups search for
800b0003 OR 0x800b0003 MSFT OR MVP group:microsoft.*
)

Good luck
