2003 Server Std SP1 Will not install

Hello All

I have been trying for 3 days now to install SP1 on our server with no
luck.

This looks like a problem associated with .NET Framework v1.1.

Try uninstalling .NET Framework v1.1 completely.

Then try 2003 SP1 again.
