This is fixed and the cluster is working fine.
This server was initially added to a cluster. Then, the server was removed
from the domain, but not from the cluster. As you can imagine, this caused a
lot of problems. The fix was to remove the feature "Failover Cluster" and
remove the server from the domain then replicate. Then, add the server back
to the domain and re-add the Failover cluster feature and then build the
cluster.
