All validation tests passed...server was already in a cluster...trying to
"Manage a Cluster..." The GUI finds the correct cluster name but constantly
states, "The action 'Manage a Cluster...' did not complete. Could not open a
connection to the cluster 'DEVSQL2K8CLUS.domain.com'. An error occured
opening cluster 'DEVSQL2K8CLUS.domain.com'. The RPC server is unavailable.

Any help would be appreciated...thanks.

Update: there really is no reason for this, so I'm removing Failover Cluster
from the Feature list, restarting, and trying it all again...I'll post again
after this.

This is fixed and the cluster is working fine.

This server was initially added to a cluster. Then, the server was removed
from the domain, but not from the cluster. As you can imagine, this caused a
lot of problems. The fix was to remove the feature "Failover Cluster" and
remove the server from the domain then replicate. Then, add the server back
to the domain and re-add the Failover cluster feature and then build the
cluster.
