2008 Fax Server Role does not create the fax printer

Hi,

I have installed the Fax Server Role on a 2008 server and the install
completes with no errors. It detects the modem and confugres the
inbound/outbound rules correctly. However it does not create the Fax Printer.
When I go into Printers area on the server there is no fax printer created.
Also when trying to create the server account in Vista machines we get an
error that you do not have permission to create the account even when logged
on as a domain adminstrator.

Does anyone know how to resolve this?
