Hi

I have a PC which came with Vista Home Premium 32 and I have an upgrade set
with both 32 and 64 Ultimate.

If I do a clean install of the 64 will I have a problem with activation, I
have already activated the 32 install but would format first.

Please let me know

regards

Daniel

Hi Daniel,

The only thing that may happen is that you might have to phone in the
activation if you've used the license before, which takes a few minutes.
Just start the 64 bit installation from within the existing 32-bit install,
a clean install will be your only option.

Yep, it should work fine. Like Rick says, if worst comes to worst
you'll just need to explain over the phone and get a new activation
number. I've done this a few times without a problem.
