Hi,
Yes, you can load both on the same system with a partitioned hard drive. You
could also load Virtual PC into the preinstalled x64 system and then load
the 32-bit version as a virtual machine for your software.
What you will need is a second Vista license and an install disk for the
32-bit version. Retail or generic OEM should do fine.
