32 bit vs. 64 bit

Just recieved my win08R2 DVD today and I am about to deploy a remote office
server, my existing dfsr environment consists of win2003 and win2008 all 32
bit. So now that R2 only supports 64 bit do I dare install it and add it to
my existing environment?
