I am running a Vista Ultimate 32 bit system and trying to connect a
xbox 360 to the windows media center. Before I was running a Vista Hom
edition that had the xbox extender installed and did a full/fres
install to Ultimate and deleted the extender settings off the xbox bu
now the xbox extender wont install. The network wont let me see the ful
map instead i get an error about computers on the network not respondin
(but only wen xbox is running). I know the xbox is on the network thoug
because when i turn it on the media center gets the alert about a ne
extender being found an tries to install it. It never works though. Th
WM11 doesnt see the xbox neither and the xbox 360 doesn't see the PC.
Any ideas whats goin on?

Go into the xbox settings and remove any existing connections to your
PC then have it search your network again.

I've tried that. I went to system settings and deleted the old medi
center connection, but still nothing. Is there more to delete
