After automatic winxp security updates, my logitech itouch wireless keyboard
will not function.
I restored computer back 5 days to undo updates keyboard still didn't work.
I replaced batteries, didn't help. I changed USB receptacle to one I knew
worked, did not help still no keyboard. I uninstalled keyboard software and
reinstalled from original cd, keyboard still will not function.
I have lost ability to input data into my computer.
Can anyone help or offer other suggestions to restore keyboard function.
Thank you.

If you did a system restore - it's not the updates that are the problem...

Your not alone. I manage approx 120 Windows XP PCs at our site and approx.
30% of them lost use of keyboards and mice after applying updates yesterday.
A couple of reboots and the devices initated afterwards.

Updates make my life hell!
