AS 4.2 Installshield dialog

I downloaded ActiveSync 4.2 from the Windows Mobile Web site, but when I try
to run setup.exe, I get an Installshield dialog box listing its command line
parameters. Any ideas? I'm running XP build 2600.xpsp.060210-1526 (Service
Pack 2).
