48x46 emoticon keeps getting resized in 19x19 emoticon

I have this emoticon : (1.41KB

It keeps getting resized to 19x19!! Before I could put the EXACT sam
emoticon without it getting auto resized. What's going on? I know tha
those under 50x50 are resized but why my favorite? :

Greetings,

Only animated GIFs are resized to the larger size. Static GIFs still get sized to the 19x19.

I've taken the liberty of modifying the image for you so all you have to do is save and add
it to your emoticons:

Hi,

Sure thing. I make all my emoticons in an ancient version of Corel Animation Shop. Just
make two frames of the same image, don't allow it to optimize the image so that it removes
identical frames and you're done. I'm sure the process would be similar in other tools too.
