4gb and vista home premium problem

Hello!

I have 4 gb 4x1 gb memory. But vista 32bit shows only 3,3GB how can i
solve this ? Maybe switch like in win xp /pae ?

The system memory that is reported in the System Information dialog box
in Windows Vista is less than you expect if 4 GB of RAM is installed -
