I am a network administrator. I have 500 2k SP4, XP SP3 & Vista SP1 computers
running under me. They use Windows Update. I want them running Microsoft
Update. What should I do, other than sitting in front of each of them, logs
in, loads Windows update, manually clicks the microsoft update buttom; or to
reclone all 500 computers?"

Presumably you're using WSUS -

No, we are not using WSUS, yet. We have had some major upgrades with the
domain controllers and I want to make sure that everything is stable before I
tried out anything new.
