51194.mainsp3ff.msp HELP!

I tried to install MS Office 2003 on my home computer only to find out that I
can only have 1 copy activated since it came with the computer. I
uninstalled it and have been getting the "51194.mainsp3ff.msp" message. It
tells me that 'THE FEATURE YOUR ARE TRYING TO USE IS ON A METWORK RESOURCE
THAT IS UNAVAILABLE". The message also includes the following "
C:PROGRAM\OFFICE UPDATE11\CABS\51194MAINSP3FF.MSP" How do I get rid of this
"pain in the butt"

Reinstall Office 2003, then unistall it.

Unfortunately, installing Office 2003 and uninstalling did not do the trick.
The problem still exist and opens when I open any program. very annoying

IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE THAT KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM??
