No, its not a CTP, its an interim build, show casing a snapshot of the
progress thats taking place in development. Its not of the same quality as a
CTP, which is more reliable.

Beta 2 is due out on Winds Day, May 24th, 2006 (and will be a Customer
Public Preview to the General Public).

Please keep in mind, that is not a date set in stone by Microsoft even
though I would love to say it is. I am still hoping it will be out before
that date, Kevin.

5365 is not a CTP or IDW build and will not be released to MSDN.

And if Microsoft in quality based release cycles rather than fixed date
release cycles (which they claim they are), then I would be very
disappointed to see it released on this day.

You might want uninstall your copy of IE 7.0.5335.5 and install IE 7 Beta 2
(which is Build 7.0.5346.5).
