Define 'performance'. ReadyBoost is a speed enhancer only if the current
resources already in use are not enough to do the job as fast as possible.
If I already have 10,000 dollars to buy a 10,000 dollar car, having an extra
twenty doesn't help me buy the car any more completely. It's nice to have
extra money available, but to have it show effect I have to actually spend
it on something.
